Help with a movie needed

Ok, here's the storyline

The guy saw his father trapping his mother inside the wall and leaving here to die ther or whatever. So anyway, the guy goes a little crazy on account of that childhood memory and his wife knows about it. so when she starts having an affair with this doctor guy they both try to drive this guy totally crazy by fucking with his mind I guess. Now, this is the plot as I was told, I donno how credible this is

the movie is very old, probably 60's flick

I know this movie, but I can't come up with the title. It stars Barbara Steele as the wife, and I think Vincent Price is the husband who saw his mom die. Maybe the Pit and the Pendulum, but I can't remember for sure---arghh!

Yep, I looked it up and I'm pretty sure it's The Pit and the Pendulum.
