I have no idea what the movie name is, i was hoping someone here could help me. In the movie there are these guys in a bar and the one guy will say something like, "I dare you to cut out your tonuge" and the other guy will say, "Okay" and do it. Also i'm not sure if this is in the same movie bu there are these 2 guys in a car and they'll see a person walking and they'll run here over and say something like, "That's 5 points". If you have any idea what movie(s) these are please tell me.

The second sounds like Deathrace 2000.
