Aw, good for him! Seems like all these talk show hosts are having babies (Kelly Ripa continually so). Will we soon see L'il Jay with his big chin?
CONAN'S NEW LATE-NIGHT GIG

''LATE Night" funnyman Conan O'Brien became a daddy Tuesday night.
O'Brien's wife, Liza Powel O'Brien, gave birth to daughter Neve in a New York City hospital.
O'Brien fans were surprised Tuesday night when a new show, featuring guest Halle Berry, was replaced at the last minute with a repeat taped last summer.
O'Brien is expected to return tonight (12:35 a.m./Ch. 4).
"Mother, baby and father are all well," O'Brien's spokesman said.
She is the couple's first child.
O'Brien met Powel in 2000 when, for a show segment, he had enlisted a group of creative executives at an ad agency to produce a fake commercial.
The couple was married in January 2002.
O'Brien, 40, - who collects vintage guitars - has said he's been looking forward to starting a family since he married Powel.
O'Brien is the latest late-night host to join the ranks of fatherhood.
"Late Show" host David Letterman announced last month that his longtime girlfriend, Regina Lasko, was several months pregnant after the news was first reported on The Post's Page Six.
