with the rap music and ice cube yes,this doesnt deserve to be in theatres it looks like it sucks but of course john carpenter made it so of course its in theatres..i liked his halloween and big trouble in little china and the fog work but this is horrible looking and should be straight to video...henstridge is hot and was cool as shit in adrenalin fear the rush but it looks bad very bad

I love Ice Cube and Pam Grier, but its just the way they're marketing this much-anticipated film...with the rap music and guns blazing. Doesn't look like a John Carpenter flick at all!

Carpenter was aiming for a fun horror movie, not another serious film with a bleak atmosphere like Halloween or The Thing. Let him experiment a little bit. He hasn't lost his touch.

I saw this movie last week and really enjoyed it. It was not Carpenter's best but if was a far cry from bomb's like Excape from LA.. It was fun to watch and pretty much a straight action movie with some tense moments. It is something like Escape from New York.
Hey considering some of the drivel we have been seeing this summer it was a much welcome change. I did not feel like I wasted my admission price.

Alot of people liked to dis this movie. But I liked it. As a matter of fact, I saw it twice. Ice Cube was very funny. I wouldn't mind joining the last survivors for stomping some of that martian alien warrior ghost ass! The aliens acted wierd for that very reason: Aliens act in non-human ways.

personally i loved the movie it's a movie you go to to just sit down and have fun watching it,its not serious,it has blue screen matte painting effects,minimal acting,but over all its just fun to watch and it has some good kills in it. plus it has the guy who played turkish in snatch(brilliant movie) in it.

this movie kicked ass. jason statham (snatch) was the coolest charcter. this guy is the man. ice cube was ok, he seemed out of place sometimes. natasha henstridge was good and seemed to have good chemistry with statham and cube. pretty much all the other characters are wasted especially clea duvall's character.

Hey gory,did you even see the movie? Or did you just watch the commercial a lot and happened to notice that D-12's "Fight Music" was in the commercial and judged for yourself that it was a bad movie?
