i saw this movie when i was lil kid and it scared the shit outta me...the last 20 or so minutes take place at a carnival and features flying creatures that kinda look like gremlins..one scene contains a girl getting kicked off her bumper car and than run over by one of the creatures...any ideas?

That sounds a heck of a lot like Ghoulies II...but I could be wrong.
