Here's the article from IMDB:

Courteney Cox and husband David Arquette's dream of becoming parents has finally been realized, according to the actor's brother, Alexis Arquette. Alexis, 43, broke the good news during a Monday appearance on The Sharon Osbourne Show, which will hit TV screens on November 7. Set sources say that while looking through a photo album, Alexis stopped at a picture of Friends beauty Cox and said, "I have a little secret to tell everybody, and they don't know I'm going to tell it, but I talked to her last night and we were together and she told me. Ladies and gentlemen, keep your fingers crossed - she's pregnant again. Every ginger is crossed. Our legs are crossed, everything is crossed." Scream co-stars Cox and Arquette have had conception problems during their five-year marriage, with the actress suffering two miscarriages. And while the good news has sent ripples of excitement around Hollywood, the couple's publicist Cindy Guagenti says, "We're not commenting. When they're pregnant and ready to announce it, they will."

Well, I know IMDB is not always the most trusted place for information, but this is true as it was also reported in today's (or rather yesterday's) USA Today.

So I guess congratulations are in order. Hope for her she doesn't have another miscariage.

Congrats to them! I saw the 2 of them on Barbara Walters' show and she was saying how she had tried to get pregnant but was having difficulties carrying it to term. She had a misty look in her eyes when she was talking. It really breaks my heart when a woman wants children and is having problems having this dream realized. So if this baby is carried to term, I will be very happy for them. Although seriously, I don't think it was Alexis's place to make the announcement. Now if she miscarries again, it becomes tabloid news. That's just not right. She should have announced it when she felt good and ready.
