Ok guys, delving way back into my childhood.. I remember watching an old Black and White movie on a saturday morning with my mom....I can not for the life of me remembr the name and or much about it besides..


It's a 50's era B&W B Movie
The scene that is most memorable is this guy beating a giant floating brain thing with an axe. The floating brain is super cheesy....

That's about all I can recollect.. Is it "It Came from out space"?? I'm clueless but, desperate to find this oldie..

the only thing I can think about is the 1988 (WICKEDWICKED) sci-fi/horror called The Brain.

It may be a remake of the flick you're talking about.. I'll take a look out.

ok cool... thats one off the list.. I'll look into the BRAIN which sounds a bit late for the one I'm looking for at 1988 but... I can hopefully track it from there.

THE BRAIN FROM PLANET AROUS (1957)

Its been a long time.. I recall it being humorous when I was younger.. this giant brain floats around with a spinal column attached and takes over this scientists body. The most memorable part is the scientist beating the floating brain with an Axe.

Wasn`t this movie on MST3K? In fact I think there was a clip from it (with the guy attacking the brain with an axe) during the opening theme song for a while.
