I wanted to make this a poll but didn´t knew who...

My leading choices:

- Leonor Varela (Blade 2, Cleopatra)

- Monica Belucci (Matrix 2 & 3, Irreversible)

- Rhona Mitra (Hollow Man, Beowolf, The Practice)

- Asia Argento (XXX)

What do you think??

I really don't know why but I think Elizabeth Hurley would be good for the part.

I just imagined Talia in my head with her hair covering half her face like in the Batman Beyond and Animated Series ... I though of Hurley ...

the whole notion of being an actor is playing different accents.. did you see how well some british stars play perfectly in american films hiding their accent ?

my 1st pick would have to be that girl who plays Lana on smallville. now she would make one fine Thalia

2nd. Leonor Verela
3rd. Angelian Jolie
4th. Kiera knightly- but she'll have to die her hair.

Anyways, I think thalia has a middle eastern accent from the animated series so they wont need an american actress.

thanks alot golden badtz...is she a villain or sidekick or what?any biography or sorts?from that pic alone,liz hurley could be a choice,but thats if shes foreign and such with the whole british type accent..

hell,maybe ali larter too...she just came to mind...rhona mitra isnt too bad...but then again i know nothing about the character herself and im just judging from that pic alone...

Well.. she is like a Bond Girl, she plays both sides, she likes Batman but then again loves her father who is Batsy's enemy.

Liz Hurley looks exactly like her.. and I think that she could hide her accent like she did for Bedazzled.

If they actually are planning on putting Talia in the next movie then it's probably because the villians this time around is er' father.. hmmm I think it's Ras-Al-Ghul (I really don't know how to write his name)

I really don't care who plays her....WHY?

1. I hated the last two batman movies...COMPLETLY ruined BATMAN's true tone and attitude....the first two batmans were the closest to the REAL batman...

2. I want Clayface...HELL, even scarecrow as a villian, but Clayface is my favorite...

but you never know, the movie MIGHT be good?

Liz Hurley and Catherine Zeta-Jones are both good choices for Talia. And I think Robert Englund would be awesome as the Scarecrow.

The new Batman movie isn´t gonna be at all like the previous movies, Christopher Nolan is the director and Christian Bale is a young Bruce Wayne.
The villain is Ras Al Ghul and maybe the Scarecrow. So it is expected that Talia would be the love interest in the new movie.

Talia is foreign but not from UK, she´s kind of arabic-mediterranean. Hurley or Knightly are almost the total opposite of what women from those countries look like.

Angelina Jolie would be perfect in the role. Talia is a young woman who wants Batman just as much as her father wants Batman to be hers. She also shares her father's brilliance and passion for ecological preservation, but she's not the cold, calculating type like he can be. Talia is fiery and tempestuous, with a touch of death-defying insanity. If you combined Jinx (Halle Berry) from Die Another Day with Sway (Jolie) from Gone in 60 Seconds and the T-X (Kristanna Loken) from Terminator 3, you'd be somewhere in the right neighborhood. Jolie could easily pull off a role like that.
As for Ra's al Ghul, it's a shame that Raul Julia's not still around. He would have been perfect. Hmmm. Any takers on Jimmy Smits? I can picture him in the role, but i just can't get past Ra's al Ghul, corrupt genius, being played by a man named "Jimmy."

I cant remember who played the voice on the old cartoon but I remember him actually looking the part. Theyll probably get some foreign actor anyway.

Yeah, the actors who did the voices for these characters unfortunately don't look the parts. David Warner, a great British actor who was in Planet of the Apes (2001), as well as Star Trek V and VI, did Ra's al Ghul's voice, and Helen Slater, who played Supergirl in the 1984 movie, was Talia.

I always wanted Kevin Conroy to play the next Batman but the guy is too old .. I can't think of another voice for Bruce than his.

However, if a Batman Beyond movie was made, I think Will Friedly who voiced Terry McGiniss in B Beyond would play the part well .. oh well :o

About the blimp, yup! I remember what Robin said, "I wish I had worn my long underwear under my suit!" (cuz it was cold )

It seems like someone from the Indiana Jones movie would be good for the role of Ras, but I cant remember (decide) which one.
