I always liked Dalton the best; he was the first Bond I saw (in THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS), and his Bond is the one I can most see carrying on after the ending of ON HER MAJESTY'S SECRET SERVICE.

No one compares to Connery, Lazenby is a close second (I loved ON HER MAJESTY'S SECRET SERVICE!), and Brosnan is a decent modern-day replacement. Moore and Dalton don't rate a mention in my book.

i have to hold up my hand and admit that i enjoy the way each actor added something a little different into the mix. thats helped keep the series reasonably fresh. i can actually hold up my hand and say that i like each of the Bonds in a different, but no less special way.

Timothy Dalton, easily.

George Lazenby could've been great, if he had more time to work with it. Connery and Brosnan are both merely servicable. As for Moore, eek.... A disgrace to the series.

Please don't hate me, but I prefer Roger Moore as my favorite Bond over Connery.

Brosnan I think is the worst, terrible Bond. He was great in Goldeneye, but REALLY should have stopped there.

by far Pierce Brosnan though Connery is good too. Timothy Dalton took the role way too seriously from what I saw of the one film I saw of his. Roger Moore has the opposite problem. The guy was too goofy or campy for me. Haven't seen Lazenby's Bond movie.

Sean Connery of course was the best Bond with Bronson in second. Roger Moore was pretty amusing and goofy during his run, and I don't really give a rats ass about Tim Dalton or Geroge L.

I would have to choose Brosnan. The man was born to be Bond. He is as I always imagined Bond should be.
But Connery was the best, no doubt about it.
I love Goldeneye, I haven´t seen Die Another Day because I´ve been told that it was terrible! But I´m sure I´ll watch it anyway.
