Dear lord, I actually agree with Madonna! The world, as we know it, is explooooooooooding.....


Madonna Weighs in on Celebrity Marriages

NEW YORK - Madonna says Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck share some blame for the excessive media attention that caused them to postpone their wedding last month.

"Well, to a certain extent, they courted the media attention," Madonna told Pat O'Brien on "Access Hollywood" in an interview that aired Thursday. "At the end of the day I feel like that's their job, and then there needs to be a part of the relationship that you keep private." Excerpts of the interview were released in advance.

The 45-year-old pop star, who is married to film director Guy Ritchie, says it can be challenging to have a personal life while in the public eye.

"You know, I'm not making a judgment call on Jennifer and Ben ... we can only make assumptions about why it did or didn't happen," she said.

"Ultimately, if you have a strong relationship, and there is understanding of what a committed marriage is, I don't think that having a lot of media attention can break it up."

She's dead on on this one.

Bennifer have both always been media whores. Now that they don't "need" the attention, they don't want it.

Fuck them both.

I don't understand why Madonna would want to add her 2 cents to the mix even though she made a good point. I'm a long time fan of hers but if I were her...I would mind my own and worry about my on relationship and children. Madonna hasn't exactly had the best track record herself.

Bennifer has done nothing but lure the media into their tangled little web. I saw a televised show where JLo flaunted her fame...showing off her jewels, home, restaurant, parfum...etc...

That's all good and dandy but don't cry wolf when YOU left crumbs on the trail...

Okay, what did Ben and J Lo actually do get the media attention? What did they do become "media whores"? I don't listen to gossip like this that much so, I don't know. All I know is the constant coverage of Bennifer's relation around the time of "Gigli."
