Will another version be coming out? The director said that little to no material was cut out of the theatrical release. The movie wasn't a huge hit and the current DVD is labeled a special edition. The director also said he wanted another version to be released.

Actually, for the subject matter, it was a pretty decent hit here in the US. I've heard that there is a 2-disc version coming out in the future; not sure what'll be on it, though.

No more gore will be featured because none was filmed, but I know there will be more commentaries (or at least one more), more featurettes, an alternate ending, and that's all I know. Just read Arrow's interview with the director. The thing I want to know is if the additional material featured on the original disc will be here as well, and I hope it will be.
