the way the lions are looking now(with a two game winning streak). i wonder if Coach Steve Mariuchi is really getting these guys going. What do you think?

1. A win against the Packers sure feels good to the fans.

2. The draft will still be good to the Lions.

3. Anything is possible on any given Sunday.

4. On a side note, I'm from KC and I'm going to the Chiefs-Lions game on 12/14/03. Good luck to you!

It actually hasn't been THAT long since the Lions were actually a playoff caliber team.

After next year's draft, whether they pick up a rookie, or use one of those top spots in a trade, they will definately be getting a premiere running back, which is what the Lions need right now more than anything.

If they roll enough joints, they may be able to send a nice smoke signal to William Green, whom I don't think will be playing in Cleveland next year.

They need a Kevin Jones type of back, but he may go too early for them to pick. I think they'll climb out of the cellar within the next few years, they're a big time running back away.

I'd give it a couple years before they hit .500

With a healthy Charles Rogers next year, and them settling on a premiere RB, there's a very good chance that the Lions will be at least .500 next year. Keep in mind, when Rogers was Healthy, he and Harrington had great chemistry. He only played in five games this season, and STILL leans ALL Lions in receiving. Week One (yes, against Arizona), they could have been confused for Montana and Rice.

I agree with pretty much everything already said. A. They weren't in the playoffs that long ago, and B. Yeah watch them next year, with a healthy line up, they can be a .500 team.

First they have to win a road game something they don't have much of a chance at doing this year

Looking at the rest of their schedule this year, you are probably right. They will do it next year.
