There's three boxed sets I'm getting myself: the "A Nightmare on Elm Street" collection, the "Alien" quadrilty, and the "All Thumbs" set containing 6 "Thumb" movies Steve Oderkerk (sp??) has done. It's a lot of money to get all this, but I've saved up.

I just got the "A Nightmare on Elm Street" collection and the "All Thumbs" collection. I haven't even watched the "Nightmare movies yet (though, I have seen all of them, some I haven't seen a quite a while), but upon unwrapping the plastic cover, I'm already really excited about owning it. First, I saw a thick packet that, I guess, goes over the series, then an envelope with a couple pairs of 3D glasses (for the finale of "Freddy's Dead/Nightmare 6). Then, I pull out all of the seperate DVDs...and it's covered in black with the original posters of each of those movies! That is so awesome! I'm thankful they didn't go for the crappy "teeny-bopper" covers for the re-issued VHS and seperate DVDs. I'm so happy to won this collection! Now, what to watch first...

I'd have to recommend the only two box sets that I own. Those would be the Simpsons Season 3 and Sleepaway Camp Survival Kit. Good stuff!
