Tonight I finished watching disc 2 of the Two Towers. The nice thing is that I recently bought the Fellowship 4 DVD set as well, and watched the entire movie plus most of the featurettes. I will surely buy the 4 disc set of Return when it is released next year. I have yet to play the commentaries of either of the two that I own. There's so much to tackle with these sets!

Agreed. It's a huge time investment to get through everything, but definitely worth it. Watch the movie, then 4 commentaries, that's about 18 hours right there

Watch the movie, the commentaries, and all the extras, plus look at all the still pics they have on discs 3+4 and you got over 24 hours. The only DVD that you REALLY CAN"T watch in one day!
