Elias Koteas was excellent in Exotica. Solid flick to boot........loved how it all came together at the end.

A little off topic, but Atom Egoyan ("Exotica" director) is amazing...if you liked "Exotica" you really should check out his recent film "Felicia's Journey" starring Bob Hoskins ("The Long Good Friday" & "Who Framed Roger Rabbit")...it is a beautiful and eerie serial killer movie of the likes i have never seen before...and probably will never see again...truly great and thought provoking...
...as far as Elias Koteas is concerned, I believe him to be a very talented actor (especially in HBO's TV series "OZ").

John Malkovich was great In of Mice and Men but I'm still partial to Gary Sinise. Lt. Dan was an awsome chacter and the part he played in Apollo 13 was fantastic. He's just a great no bull shite actor

I love Gary Sinise, but what was with "Reindeer Games" and "Albino Alligator"...two films that should have been good...great casts...great directors...what the fuck?

Bad scripts? Hell I don't know but Reindeer games sucked.

Amen to the sentiments echoed about Reindeer Games. I mean I couldn't believe the ending it is easily one of the years worst. I mean the fact that the trail of money in the mailboxes would lead right to him! You are telling me an entire neighborhood would be able to keep their mouths shut about waking up and finding X amount of dollars in your mail box! It would eventually get out!
Oooops I know I am off topic but that movie made me lose my faith in humanity!
You all forgot the Master at Character Acting: Dustin Hoffman. (The Graduate and Little Big man) need I say more?

What about Christopher Walken, Harvey Keitel, and Dennis Hopper?

Ditto on Dennis Hopper...he has done more for the creative filmmaking than many a director, actor, or all around financier...from his directorial debut "Easy Rider" to his latest bit part in "Jesus's Son"...he donates money to art, films and charities...uses his notoriety for the benefit of others and has done more drugs than Timothy Leary...he has so many great roles and films, but I will always remember him as one of the most interesting characters to come out of Hollywood since Charles Manson...
