Where do villains thesedays get their henchmen ?
What's actually the point of hiring henchmen anyway ? Because if you look at most action movies , they never shoot right once !!
They shoot like millions of bullets at the hero and still they miss.
Have you ever seen a henchman kick the shit out of James Bond or Schwarzenneger ? No , because they fight like pussies !
In movies , you always see them carrying UZI's while guarding a big ass mansion of some bad drugbaron . You know , if I were an important drugbaron , I would not let 20 armed guys guard my house , cause that could draw just a little bit too much of attention. Hello ??
And how do villains exactly hire their henchmen , to they put an ad in the newspaper : 'Henchman wanted , must be nearly blind , must carry sunglasses and toothpick 24/24 , will propably die a gruesome death and finally must speak bad english.'

What I'm tired of is the Mafia bosses that kill their henchman at the drop of a hat. If they did this as frequent as they do in the movies, then why would anyone want to work for them? Put creamer in the Don's coffee and it's the St. Valentine's day massacre all over again.

Well, my point of view is...the henchmen ARE bad asses and can kill anyone...but it's those pesky protagonists that're better than them and can kill them with ease.

I always did kinda wonder how they get all those henchmen hired. But they all need henchmen, worthless or not. One reason is to give a false sense of security to the chief villain, another is to make the villain look very menacing, and another is to give us some examples of how hero-y the hero is, to prove he's so heroic that he can do many hero things, like kill so many people without a scratch

All the henchmen in 24 are total hardasses. Seriously, don't fuck with any of them.

Ya I just saw Paycheck and Ben and Uma must have went up against 100 henchmen with guns and didn't kill any of them, but of course they defeated them all!

I think the PG-13 rating makes it harder for henchmen to be tough as it would require more blood and guts to take out a strong henchman.

And when you simply punch one out it saves on time and violence so you get to keep your kitty rating.

Enough of these weak rated movies that breed weak henchmen.
