Does anyone know of a list of Canadien Agent's for scriptwriters?

Once a screenwriter has writen, re-writen, ect. a script, do they send a synapsis, a couple pages of the script, or something else to an agent?

Just curious.:p

Check the Writers' Guild of Canada website. In fact:

http://www.wgc.ca/resources/agents.html

Also see the "Advice for new writers" page.

In the U.S., one would generally send a query letter. The WGC should have more info on the specifics up there. If not on the website, try contacting them directly.

The query letter asks the company or agent if they will accept unsolicited material. A lot don't.

A synopsis is the condensed version of your script. In 30 words or less.

I usually don't say anything about typos in posts, but I think I should here because you've done it twice and this is something that wouldn't necessarily be caught by a spell check. A "synapsis" is... well, I'll leave it to our resident microbiology expert, NS, to say what it is, but suffice to say that it is not a "synopsis".

And since I'm posting anyway...

Remember that your original question concerned contacting agents. This is important because, in a query targeted at an agent, you want to sell yourself, not your scripts. So no, you wouldn't generally include a synopsis. It would most likely go something like:

Dear Ms. Smith,

In the two years since I graduated from USC's film school, I've written three scripts that are ready to go out: a thriller, a rom-com, and a drama that was a finalist in the Nicholl.

I am currently seeking representation, and I believe I would be a good fit with your agency's sensibilities. I can be contacted at the number below should you wish to discuss this further.

Sincerely,
A. Writer

Now, if you were contacting a prodco (which some say is a better way to go), things would be different. You'd push your script--yes, just one--and include a synopsis.
