For me it has to be Oddjob.

He was nasty as fuck with a spinning bowler hat that could slice you in two - whats not to love?

Oddjob is definitely my favorite. He was such an awesome character to use in Goldeneye for the N64. He was real cheap, just the way I play in four player FPS deathmatch :D And oh yeah, he's an awesome henchman in Goldfinger too :p

Runner up would be Xenia Onatopp. What an awesome concept for a Bond villain. I'm surprised it took that long to create that character in the Bond universe...

hmmmm actually, "red" Grant isn't really the main villain. i'd kind of class him more as henchman, in which case, he has my vote.
