The FBI are researching Eminem's new song [Unreleased], to check if there are threats made against the president of the USA.
Now, the lyrics go something like, "I'd rather see the president Dead" and as much as i hate Eminem (My opinion), can anyone really believe Eminem would kill the president or even try?

I suppose the FBI has already caught all the terrorists and found Hussein and Bin Laden. Nothing else would explain this idiotic waste of time and energy.

What's the source to this story because if it's true then the FBI is a big joke.

Thanks. I think I believe it.

Why wasn't the FBI investigating his lyrics when they pertained to raping and killing ex-girlfriends?

I know why - because it never happened!! Because they're just songs and they're not real unlike that son-of-a-bitch terrorist thin man running around in the hills of Afghanistan.

Let's give these FBI jokers a Scooby Snack and point them in the right direction...

The Secret Service is trying to determine if any action needs to be taken regarding a lyric from shock rapper Eminem that may be a threat to President Bush.

Eminem has the president in his sights in his new song ''We as Americans,'' apparently wishing he were dead.

According to the Drudge Report, the nation's top-selling rapper rants:

"F--k money. I don't rap for dead presidents. I'd rather see the president dead. It's never been said, but I set precedents and the standards and they can't stand it. ... We as Americans. Us as a citizen. We've got to protect ourselves ..."

A Secret Service probe is routine when something that could be construed as a threat to the president is brought to agents' attention, reports CNN.

''We are aware of the lyric and are in the process of determining what action, if any, will be taken,'' Secret Service spokesman John Gill told the news network.

No stranger to controversy, the Detroit rapper has come under fire for a recently uncovered tape from 1993 in which he uses racial slurs against black women. Eminem dismisses the tape as "foolishness," just an angry reaction to being dumped by his black girlfriend.

Meanwhile, Eminem's "Lose Yourself" has been nominated for song and record of the year by the 46th annual Grammy Awards to be presented Feb. 8 in Los Angeles.

As the feature track in the film "8 Mile," the song has already pulled down an Oscar. It's also up for best rap song and song written for a motion picture, television or other visual media.

The song's breakthrough success at the Oscars is credited for boosting rap music for the first time into contention for one of the four general-category Grammy Awards that are considered the top honors in the U.S. music business.

Correction: The Secret Service are a bunch of jokers.

These are the same people that couldn't stop their president from choking on a pretzel.

Yeah, that's right, go after Eminem you bumbling fools. I can't believe these people are openly admitting to being concerned about rap lyrics. How embarrassing.

Eminem...the most dangerous man in the world. :(

What a complete waste of time.

"I want the President dead"....*

But at the same token, is anyone else here willing to publicly say you want to president dead?

Why? Because we know better. (For one, for two, we don't want anyone dead.)

Eminem has the right to say what he wants, but I always thought it was common knowledge that saying you want the president dead typically merits an investigation.

But can you really picture Eminem standing over the President, gun in hand and his posse behind him? Getting past security?

I mean, it's pretty much standars stuff for them to investigate, but it's just plain o'l stupid and big time waster for the FBI

It's stupid, but I think they're trying to make a point. Don't go threatening to kill the president.

Also, don't go breakin' my heart. Has nothing to do with Eminem, but I'm running out of jokes.

I'll be Elton if you be Kiki.

In other news, the Secret Service is a big joke. It's a fucking song! If Osama Bin Laden had written it, then yes, I'd be a little concerned. But it's Eminem, nothing he ever says is serious.

Is it just me or does it seem like the Secret Service is riddled with a bunch of Inspector Clouseaus?

1. I think Eminem is a fool for saying what he said.

2. I think the suits are fools for making it publicly known they are investigating someone. Wouldn't secrecy make more sense. The Secret Service isn't secretive. That's stupid.

3. I am glad that Eminem said it, because free speech should always be tested - To ensure that it's still working. We should test smoke detectors once a month in case a fire breaks out, you want to know they work. Well, it's the same with Freedom of Speech. We should test it once an awhile.

Be glad RuPaul wasn't a suggestion either.
Eminem's songs overall on who he's talking does take a dfferent direction. But why this nonsense they are doing is just a waste of time IMO. There is OTHER things to focus on thna some wrapper from Detroit Michigan.
