I just read the article by Mike today, and I was just thrilled! This fifth batman looks like its going to be one of the biggest hits of all time! First Nolan takes the reigns, Christian Bale is casted as Batman, Caine casted as Alfred, Katie Holmes looking likely to be Bruce's love interest, and now maybe Viggo will star in the film also! For those who don't kno, apparently he might be casted to be this guy, who knew Bruce's father quite well. I'm excited, and even more if Viggo is casted. what are your thoughts?

I hope so.

I'm getting a little hope for Batman 5. i still stand in the position that there has only been one good batman movie and that it came first ;)

but maybe, after 1 so-so sequel and two steaming piles, maybe, just maybe, Batman 5 will be good.

The cast is looking strong...viggo would make it stronger.

Can I just say... COOL.

I'm not really familiar with this villain character, but Viggo is a very strong actor. Having just read the front page, as well, it looks like Cillian Murphy ("28 Days Later") has been cast as The Scarecrow. This has such huge potential to be a really dark, brooding, exciting movie.

Viggo Mortensen is the right age, and would be better as Commissioner Gordon.

I could also see Viggo as Dr.Wayne senior.

If Mortensen is in to play Gordon I will start a religion with Christopher Nolan as our Mesiah
