How Many People Here... Dont Like Their Home Teams?

Baseball, Football, Soccer, Hockey, Basketball whatever... which schmoes here do not like their home teams. Or maybe they like them, but they are further down on their lists?

For me... its the RAVENS... they are OK.. but FAR from my favorite team. I was born in California near San Fran and Oakland... and my 2 fav teams for life have been the 49ers and the Raiders (even when the raiders went to LA). But i have lived most of my life in MD.. about 10 minutes away from Baltimore. There was a time when we didnt have a team.. but than the ravens came and everyone started jumpin on their balls... and i just never really got into them. Of course i loved The Goose and McCrary(SP??) but i still to this day despise Ray Lewis.. i think he is a cocky arrogant son bitch.. who is good at the game, but bad at personality! I mean.. they are OK.. not my most hated team (that honor is bestowed to DALLAS)

I however do enjoy the ORIOLES... once again NOT my fav team.. but they are higher up on the list. Dont like the Washington Wizards either, even when we had Jordan.. cuz as you can see.. he did ALOT for our team!!

But since in this day and age it is like a staple.. LIKE YOUR HOME TEAM... what are some HOME TEAMS that you schmoes dont like?

I'm am not a big fan of the Chicago White Sox. I dont hate them, I just dont care.

I like the Blackhawks, but they owner is a real asshole so it makes it hard to get excited, especially because they usually suck.

But other than that, I am a die-hard Cubs, Bulls and especially Bears fan!

Notre Dame is considered 'home' team for me because the campus is 1/2 hour from my house. I hate them with a fucking passion.

Also, I hate the high school sports program I graduated from. Ever since I graduated, I've rooted for every team playing them, especially in basketball. There is a kid who plays on the team, and hes not great, but the rest of the team sucks major and he is the best on the team, and to him that means 'best there is, best there was, best there ever will be' and it makes me and a ton of others in this town sick.

I used to like my home professional teams, till I moved away from home (Philly) 5 years ago!

I root for my high school and the local college teams where I live now, but I just don't like the Boston teams for some reason...

I love Aston Villa (Aston being a part of the city)
I hate Birmingham City with a passion

Basketball:
Well I ain't a big fan of the sport, but as I'm a Brummie, I don't mind the Birmingham Bullets.

I like the Mavericks, Cowboys, & Stars. The Texas Rangers aren't really high on the list of my favorite baseball teams though.

I moved away from Philly a few years ago, but still love the Phillies. I don't follow any other sport, but my friends would kick my ass if I didn't root for the Flyers or Iggles.

Football- I usually root for the Giants and Jets. But I would root for the Bucs, Titans, Raiders and the Saints over them

Baseball- I like the Yanks a little but not to much. In the playoffs I root against them no matter what team.

Basketball- I love the nets!

Anyways I'm from Dallas, but my favorite football team is the Raiders, my favorite basketball team is the Rockets, and my favorite baseball team is the Red Sox. I do love the Stars, though.

Seattle,WA-Born and Raised in the Emerald city,but the only Seattle team I care for is the Sonics,collegewise was never a fan of UW always rooted for Wazzu to piss my dad off.

Ann Harbor,MI-For some reason despite being from Seattle I was always a fan of the Michigan Wolverines and thats where I ended up going to college,I bleed the Michigan blue&maze and I am also a Redwings fan the rest I do't care for.


L.A.,CA-My current residence I could careless about any of there teams college,pro,whatever I don't care , do however severly loath the Lakers.

NFL-Don't have one when it comes to football I am much more interested in the college game,don't really follow the pros

NHL-Detroit Redwings & Boston Bruins

NBA-Seattle Supersonics

MLB-Don't follow baseball

I have a love/hate relationship with the local UofO Ducks. I'm a Husky, but I love their basketball team. The Ducks football team though is such a huge affair here in Eugene that I often think the fans just need to get a grip. Half the time I wish the Ducks football team would lose. BUT...come Bowl time I always root for them because I'll root for any Pac-10 team before I'll root for another conference. Oh it's so complicated. ;)

6-10 years ago, The Chicago Bulls were the best team in basketball. Won numerous championships and had Michael Jordan. Then all of a sudden everyone leaves...everyone. A new coach and all new players. Then they suck. They haven't even made it to the playoffs since 97-98 season. That's why I hate the Bulls.

In the Ravens game i didnt really care about who won.. i pry woulda rather the Ravens won though.. just to see them get a lil further. Dallas i never care who they are playing i want them to lose! and the Panthers put the whoopin on them!
