What exactly is the black list? Is it a horror or sex thing, cuz Arrow was on it, but there was also sex links....what is it exactly directed towards?

I'm not 100% sure but a black list is where they won't let you near something or use a sertin service, it means you have a bad rep. For example if you get black listed at a pizza place they probably woun't serve you anymore.
