Well, blood stains are tough! And these horror icons don't have much time on their hands before and after killing their victims and stocking their victims. So I am just curious, where do they clean their clothes? Freddy's clothes have little to no blood stains, and he's been wearing the same thing for years, sure, a little tattered and torn, but you can't really spot the blood.

And Michael, 25 years, little to no blood... isn't it just a little strange? I'm serious here, I think this is just another horror movie inaccuracy. But maybe it's more.

Freddy - Freddy exits in people's dreams. There's not really any law of physics set inside the slumbering mind.

Michael - Very bloody in part 2. But his clothes end up charred. In part 4, he starts out in a hospital gown, and kills a mechanic for his clothes.

Part 5 is set one year later exactly from part 4. Plenty of washin' time with him, and the guy that took care of him.

Part 6 he is inside the thorn cult. They perhaps gave him a clean non-bullet holed suit.

H20 - Plenty of time on his hands, he's just chillin looking to find Laurie Strode's addy.

Ressurection - He's by himself in his house. Doesn't really do anything but draw pictures and kill rats until someone visits him... or he figures out the address to Laurie Strode.

Now Jason:

Changes clothes from part 2-3

Part 4 takes over from part 3, hence blood stained clothes.

Part 6, he actually comes from out of the grave.

Most every other series starts with him swimming out of camp crystal lake after being submerged for a year + from being trapped down there.

The real question with Jason is, is that if he's been trapped underwater, how is it that he can change clothes?

Different suit from part 6 to part 7, and in the beginning of part 8, he comes out of the water wearing a fresh pair of nice black gloves. Hmmmm....

At least they kept the axe indentation in his mask from Part 3...

But anyways, I hope this can answer your question.

Your theory makes sense DeadWalk. But I never questioned Jason, the man's clothes are always a trainwreck.

Interesting theories but maybe it could just simply be continuity errors by the crew.

Forget the clothes! I want these dudes to be my maids--if they can clean up that kind of carnage that fast so that no one notices a brutal killing took place when they enter the room 5 minutes later, they could tackle my bathroom in less than half an hour.

HAH! Ancient chinese secret, nice one.

And where does Jason find the money to buy his new clothes throughout the 10 (11) movies? he must go through a billion pairs of gloves, watch them change colors.
