Please ID this Tom Savini movie for me

I saw a little bit of a movie with Tom Savini in it on Indy Screams this Halloween, and they didn't announce what order they were playing movies in. I can't figure out what it was.

The scene I remember best is Tom Savini is sitting in a car, someone blows his head clean off with a shotgun.

Any ideas?

It could quite possibly be any of those.

Yep, Maniac. Great scene. Savini's performance as "Disco Boy" is simply breathtaking.

That's the best bit in that crappy film, IMO. I only bought it to complete my collection of Anchor Bay tins, otherwise I wouldn't have bothered.

I'll have to see this Maniac. I remember when he hosted and they had little segments before they showed each film. They were cool.
