Who will it be?
I predict it'll be the Toronto Maple Leafs.
PS: It is strictly forbidden to pick the Chicago Blackhawks. :D

I'm not sure about who would win, BUT I do know that this finals will be an all-Canadian matchup, so US networks will be fucked over, saying that there's nothing good on.

I'm picking the Flyers, simply because I don't want to pick the Leafs and I don't think Montreal can do it. Plus, if a Canadian team other than the Canadiens wins it...I'm going to eat my hat(from a bet I made a couple years back)

I'm picking the Maple Leafs. Who else would you expect me to pick. Hopefully it's a Canadian matchup and stick it to ABC.

You've got to be kidding me. No Chicago?
I pick Philadelphia.

I pick the Chicago Blackhawks... What? I'm not allowed to? Okay than, in that case, I'll have to go with my beloved Maple Leafs.

As much as I hate to admit it, once the playoffs start, the game tightens up and the refs put away the whistles, the New Jersey Devils will once again clutch, grab and hook their way to another Cup, boring all opponents and fans to death in the process.

tee-hee! no shit! Bob Cole and Harry Neale would ejaculate on the opening face-off!:)
After watching the Avs last night with a full roster (granted, against Columbus), I feel they'll make it. Obviously I'm an Avs fan, so my opinion will probably be immediately chalked up to idealism, but we've got four lines that can and have scored, awesome defense, and a goaltender that has (admit it) exceeded your expectations 100%. Plus, we always show up in the playoffs.
I see a rematch of the 2001 cup: Jersey vs. Avs.

Hey I said Abeisher was a good young goalie it was the fucking media who won't give one once of credit to Abeisher at all. Abeisher has done exactly what I had expected from them in the first place.

Not to mention that the Canadian Broadcrapping Corporation wouldn't have to pack up and travel to Texas to cover the finals...cheapskates!

San Jose Sharks are playing amazing and surprising everyone, including most fans (including me, i predicted that they would finish 8th, not 3rd or higher)
But they are playing the best hockey that I have seen play since they came into the league.

They're surprising the hell out of me too...and I was as cynical about my team as any going into this season. They started off poorly(as I said) and they usually always do. How they have turned it around is pretty amazing?! They're are 20 odd teams that have more talent on paper than this team...a full training camp(with eveyone in) in Ron Wilson's system and this team believing in themselves goes a long way.
They just came off back to back to back wins against Vancouver, Colorado and last night Detroit(a game I watched...actually I watched all 3) a pretty amazing run. They've really been on fire since late November!
Yes I may have seriously despaired about my team all off-season and going in...but I stuck by them and I'm glad they've turned it around.

Yeah in the Alexander Ovechkin pool competing with Pittsburgh, and Columbus. I wonder who's going to win it.

Lol, it's okay, you can vote for them in the Favorite Sports Team Tournament.
They've (deservedly) made the final four.
