Timberlake Punched in the Face
Pop star Justin Timberlake was punched in the face by a fan as he walked into his end-of-tour party in London on Sunday. The hunky American singer was reportedly hit as he entered the Rex Club in Soho following the last date in his British tour, so he refused to come out and meet his many female fans waiting outside the venue for fear he would again be assaulted. A source says, "All the girls were outside waiting for him and someone went to ask his people if he was coming out to sign autographs. One of his minders came out and said that Justin wouldn't be coming out. He said someone had hit him in the face as he went inside. Apparently he got a real crack as he walked in the place and he was worried he might get attacked again." Inside the venue Justin told reporters, "It is just crazy over here in Britain, I f***ing hate coming over here."

JT's been MORE than accommodating with his British fans...and many highly respected artistes (Flaming Lips for example) speak very HIGHLY of the kid.
I happen to like him...sue me.
No need for a random smack in the kipper.

Mine too. I like his songs a lot. You'd think with all of those people they'd be able to point out who did it.

Ditto. Getting on the stage with The Flaming Lips when they appeared on Top Of The Pops dressed in an animal outfit put the brakes on my negative opinion of the dude and his rumoured future appearance in Wayne Coyne's reportedly very odd movie Christmas On Mars has put him firmly in my cool books (and his mucic just ain't that bad...in fact...it's good).
As for the dude punching him. I'd be pretty freaked out if a complete stranger took a shot at me (in fact...it's happened in the past...and yes...I was very fucking freaked out).

This is the best news I've heard all week. I hope he's disfigured enough not to appear on my television screen for a few months at the very least. I can't recall how many times I've seen this ugly untalented fairy and thought "I wish someone would punch him in the face" and it actually came true!!

Now, everything would be perfect if lightning were to strike the Olsen twins.
his music is pretty good.....leaving the group was the best thing he could have done.

Thank God someone did it. It was about time even though he's not nearly as annoying/girly as he was with NSYNC

Whats wrong with the olsen twins? They are gorgeous. They stay out of the spotlight. They arent plastered all over television like Paris Hilton and her horse faced cohort. They are very successful business women and are very smart. I remember one of them recently got accepted to NYU. Theres nothing wrong with them at all.

Cameron would've helped, but she's in Chile, having Dr. Nick Riviera apply a belt sander to her face.

Does anybody on the boards watch 'The Simpsons'? Fishbulb is a humours quote from the show. Homer finds out that his face is on a Japanese dish washer box, they get a video, and the logo is created by a fish and a bulb. Bart called Homer, and I quote, "There's you answer fishbuld."
God.

Oh yeah. Justing. Bad News.

The only problem I have with it is that I wasn't there to see it. :p
I do wonder what exactly he was expecting wandering around a slightly dodgy area of London late at night. One look at that place should have clued him into the fact it ain't exactly the home of the temperance union!

I honestly dont see how he got what he "deserved". And i doubt that the guy who punched him was a fan. But still punching someone just because you dont like the way he looks or his music is completely insane.

Give this boy a cigar.
Honestly peeps...what's Justin done to deverve a fucking PUNCH in the face?
Respected folks RESPECT him, he's always willing to donate his services to charity-based projects, he doesn't work the paparazzi and pull inane fucking stunts day in, day out...in fact he seems to keep HIMSELF to HIMSELF.
NSYNC are so 2001...he produces good quality POP musak nowadays and appears to be pretty damn humble about it, I suggest people get over it.
PS: I hate Tommy C (There's a surprise)...does he deserve a right hook in the noggin? Certainly fucking not IMO.

I agree. I am not a big fan of his music, but I like Justin. He seems like a fairly level headed regular guy. What kind of wack job goes around swinging right hooks into people's faces, anyway?!

People with long memories and strong grudges.
And what is with this charity excuse? Michael Jackson gives to charities, doesn't exactly make up for molesting kids.
Really, how much energy and physical exertion does it take to write a check and go to fancy and exclusive charity events with other pretty and rich people?
Talk to me when he does years of the unglamorous shit, then I'll see about nabbing a Noble Prize for him.

I'm very confused here....
"And what is with this charity excuse? Michael Jackson gives to charities, doesn't exactly make up for molesting kids."
Okay, I could understand if some one said Michael Jackson should get punched in the face for what he did, but did Justin Timberlake molest kids?!?
"Talk to me when he does years of the unglamorous shit, then I'll see about nabbing a Noble Prize for him. "
No one's saying he deserves any kind of prize. They're saying he shouldn't be ASSAULTED for making music that doesn't appeal to everyone (including me, mind). And I agree. Tell me, what has he done to deserve this? Is it because he makes annoying music? If so, that's pretty cruel.

I'm not excusing him...he doesn't need EXCUSING. He's done FUCK ALL to warrant a physical attack at the end of the day.
As for the MJ comparison, that's clean over my head...he MADE shitty POP musak (yup, that's right, I speak in the past tense)...how in JC's name can that be compared to abusing CHILDREN!?
I'm afraid I just don't 'get' it...the boy got PELTED with bottles at a SARS benefit gig ferchrisake. Jagger and Keef Richards were less than impressed, and I don't blame them.
Seems to me Timberlake can't do right for doing wrong.
