Before The Convent there was this film directed by the same director.
It is not really your usual thriller movie , it is far from that.
The plot: Two brothers escape from jail and they take a family on hostage but it occurs that this family is much more dangerous than the brothers themselves.
Believe me this is a strange movie but pretty interesting, you have some good dialogues, some creepy moments and some surprises.
The acting was not bad just a bit exagerated at time ( I only saw the french dubbed version )
In fact the characters are totally nuts.
I would give a strong 7/10.
