This is fantastic. I can see Woody Allen in this. Generally I'd advise against writing a film where you spelt the genre incorrectly, but this logline sold me. Try to incorporate the wolf man in to this somehow.

Here's the reason I would read it, and maybe therefore others would read it----

It sounds funny. Make it a ridiculous comedy. You know we all laughed in SPIDER-MAN, when he got put in the wrestling cage?

This is very unlikely to work for a large audience if it's a sentimental drama. Think Mel Brooks style.
