Brains and eyes are the most common (seemingly in that order), but there's always disembodied hands, too. I don't think I've ever seen a heart creature, though, and stomachs/intestines are surprisingly rare (you'de think a giant stomach could do a little worse to you than a giant eye)

The potential dodginess of the subject completely escaped me when posting. Honest.

I could rent The Killer Tongue from a nearby hollywood video anytime for two dollars but I just haven't gotten around to it. I'm not sure I'm ready for just how bad they say it is.

It also occured to me that really, as common as they are in video games and cartoons, there's only been a couple eyeball-monsters on film. Hordes of brains, but I can only think of the crawling eye and killer eye. I know there's more, but mostly from japan and stuff.
