Hi all,

I was thinking of writing this:

three small time black criminals from brooklyn are all dreaming of a better life for their family's. In order to secure a peaceful financial future, they decide to break in a bank and get into the vault.

But .... they're caught in the act, by a superhero, who wants to take them to the nearest police station. But the brothers starts to complain, that life is easy, when you are a superhero. That the superhero's doesn't know a thing about living in the ghetto. The superhero explains that it isn't all that easy, being a superhero .. you got a lot of responsibilities and tempations, that a superhero is not always thinking of doing the right thing, plus .. you are forced to live with a secret identity.

So the superhero is thinking of taking a challenge with them. He takes them to a scientist who happens to have done some expirements with superhero's DNA, that he had gathered.
He's willing to take a challenge with them as the superpowers, he wants to only last for an unknown period of time, but not very long. He give each one of them unique powers, by changing the dna in their bodies and puts them in training. after the training, they sign up at NY's city hall to get some official assignments. But nobody seems to be waiting for them.

until, there are too many things going on in NY, all the other superhero's are busy and a Supervillain takes this opportunity to rob a bank ( or something ). The NY Mayor can't do nothing than call the three. Eager to get into action, they overdoing it a bit and demolish half a city block. So their action are not really taking for granted.

and so on .. and so on ...

it's like a comedy-action .. but not a spoof. It's not to make fun at other superhero movies.
what do you think of it ?

This is where you lost me.

Basically it's, "I'll give you super-powers, if you use them for me," okay, fine. But why does he decide to do that to these people? There's a huge human motivational issue here. Why would you give super powers to petty crooks?

What would you realistically expect to happen if you did?

Cool ...

that was exactly the point where I got stucked.
why would someone give superpowers to crooks ?
I was really doubting if I could get away with it, but I don't.

thanks for addressing it to me.
Now I know for myself what to improve.
