He's just an amazing actor. Butch Cassidy, The Sting, The Color of Money, Hud, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, and recently Road to Perdition. I love the guy and hope he'll continue to make a few more films.

He was also in the predecessor to THE COLOR OF MONEY, entitled THE HUSTLER. He was in a movie a few years back called NOBODY'S FOOL. I hope he sticks around a while longer, too. YAY from me.

One of the greatest actors that ever lived. Capable of playing those gigolo type of roles with endless, captivating charm, as well as the underdog type of guy, an ordinary man with some problems in his life, a villain, a hero...etc. etc. etc. It's impossible NOT to love this man.

My favorite film of his is CAT ON A HOT TIN ROOF (saw it again today on TCM, hehe) but I consider COOL HAND LUKE to be his best performance, which ranks him among one of the greats. He's got that movie star quality as well as impressive acting abilities. Not to mention he's COOL and handsome as FUCK! Those eyes are some of the most beautiful eyes EVER in the world!

He's one of my favorite actors. One of the best Anti-Heroes ever, ex. (Hud, Hustler, Cool Hand Luke, Hombre). His personal life is also exceptional. He's not the typical Hollywood star as he is obviously loyal to his wife and attempts to help charity as much as possible. He's got a lot to be proud of. :cool:
