Joss wrote an X-Men script...? When was this?

He was hired to do the script doctor thing on the first film. He's discussed in many interviews how the only things that survived from his draft are: the joke where Wolverine needs to prove that he's not Mystique, and Storm's line when she fricassees Toad. The former with which he's satisfied; the latter, not so much. For more, try searching the net for: Joss and "the same thing that happens"

Sorry, no idea where to find a copy of his draft, though. Have you tried Hollywood Book & Poster? That'd be my best guess.
