Aside from her music career, the first movie she did that I saw her in was a TV Movie Sex Tapes Scandal I believe was on NBC at the time.. A cheesy I really wanna forget that I did this movie kinda role. But Vanessa moved onto roles in Eraser, Soul Food , Dance With Me (wonders AJ, YOU reading this dude? ;).......) & Shaft to name a few...

YAY for her hotness and beauty.

But not much of an actress... her work in ERASER, SOUL FOOD and SHAFT was adequate at best. Great singer, though.

HUGE yay for me!

A great singer, a great actress (hell, she even makes that acne infommercial watchable! :D) and without a doubt in my mind, absolutely, THE most beautiful woman on the face of the planet.

Even in her "uglied down roles" like in Shaft where she's made to look like a tough bad ass cop, she's still amazingly gorgeous!
