View Full Version : Halle Berry Injured - AGAIN.
The Oscar-winning, accident-prone actress was at it again over the weekend, requiring a brief stay at a Canadian hospital following a scrape on the set of her would-be summer blockbuster, "Catwoman," reports E!Online.
Berry, 37, was knocked on the noggin Saturday night by either a boom pole (so says Star magazine) or a lighting rig (per the Vancouver Province) while filming a stunt action sequence at the Centre in Vancouver for Performing Arts (both publications agree).
"Catwoman," starring Berry as the avenging feline-inclined hero and Sharon Stone as her nemesis, is set for a July 30 release.
In November, Berry told The Calgary Sun that she was gung ho about the stunts required for the comic-book flick.
"People keep reminding me that I just broke my arm earlier this year, and I answer, 'So what?' I love action stuff. It's great fun. It's really exhilarating," she said.
ya know, i am getting a little tired of people banging up my wife Halle. ;)

Maybe I'm an evil bastard, but when I clicked the link I was hoping she was so badly injured it would trouble this horrid-looking production further.

At this rate, she'll break easier than Calista Flockhart.

Cat People Scratch Warning to Halle
Thu, Jan 29, 2004, 10:01 AM PT
LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) - Oscar-winning actress Halle Berry was sent a Dear Halle letter from the Fund for Animals urging the star not to turn a rare Bengal tiger from the "Catwoman" set into her personal "pet."
According to the organization, Berry wants to keep the tiger, who has already caused havoc by attacking a film executive's fish tank. The Fund warned that keeping tigers in captivity is not only cruel, but can also be extremely dangerous for people.
"The love and admiration of a tiger is certainly understandable -- they are majestic animals," says Andi Bernat, Program Coordinator for The Fund for Animals. "However, when held in captivitty, they are still wild and dangerous, and nothing will change that."
Hundreds of people have been killed or seriously injured as a result of captive tiger attacks. The recent victims range from young children to expert animal trainers, such as Roy Horn of "Siegfried and Roy."
There are an estimated 10,000 "pet" tigers in U.S. homes -- twice as many as those who remain in the wild. As a result, many states and counties have made the private possession of tigers illegal, and just last month the U.S. Congress passed and President Bush signed The Captive Wildlife Safety Act, banning the interstate commerce in tigers and other big cats for the "pet" trade.
"There are many safe and humane ways that Ms. Berry can show her appreciation for tigers, such as assisting with habitat preservation or contributing to animal protection groups and accredited sanctuaries which help tigers," says Bernat.
Berry is on location filming "Catwoman" and could not be reached for comment.

A fucking scrape?! HA!
Bitch probably acted like a drama queen and cried her eyes out, which led to her stay in the hospital for her "life-threatening blood loss".
