i was just wondering if i was the only person on these boards who actualy enjoyed this movie?......i mean i am aware that the acting, storyline, and overall quality of this film sucked, but for some reason me and my freinds all watched this movie and actualy liked it....i think what saved it for me was Abbot Hayes....i mean he actualy cool to me......i think i am alone here, but i actualy kinda enjoyed this movie a little bit

You just might be the film's sole advocate. I usually like to see a film for myself before passing judgment on it, but in the case of Children of the Living Dead, I'd best save my money. Fuck John Russo for taking a classic, unadulterated title and shitting all over it. I sincerely hope that no one ever associates this film with NOTLD.

this movie pretty much was a waste of time but found myself enjoying it for the most part, in one of those Troma sort of ways, minus the blood and attempted humor.

Yeah, you know a film is disreputable when the director apologizes for it. He had some good excuses, but his career has all but flatlined.

i saw a trailer for this,and didnt think it looked that bad,so your not alone kind of in the sense,that i WOULD watch it....the one zombie looked pretty fucking cool too..guess dont knock it til you tried it.

I blind bought this movie....

I too enjoyed it. The acting sux, the photography isn't all that great and hot damn Abbot Hayes annoyed the hell out of me. But after all that I find it to be a fun film on a horrid level. It's one of those bad movies that is good to get all nice and toasted, sit back with some pizza and some friends and enjoy!
