Arnie Cunningham from Christine cuz he's awesome.
Richie Gecko in From Dusk Til Dawn, even though he's a sex offender, that part when he's like "do you wanna come sit on the bed and watch TV with me?" was just so cute and he's so crazy.
Watson Pritchett from the House on Haunted Hill remake; he's not a villian or anything, but he was kool and Chris Kattan made him kooler.

that just reminded me of another character. Teddy in Stand By Me. he's awesome, he's crazy as hell, and he really doesn't care except when people talk about his dad. all in all, he's a kool guy (better in the story tho).
