Marvel's "What If?" - Now that would be a Movie!

I was thinking today about the What If series and there are so many fantastic ideas in those comics, I wonder what a movie could be like.

Of course most of them involved muliple Super Hero's, and I know that it could never happen. Such topics such as these would be very interesting...

What if The Avengers lost the Evolutionary War?
What if Daredevil Killed Kingpin?
What if the Alien costume had posesed Spider-Man?
What if Wolverine was an agent of Shield?
What if Iron Man lost the Armor Wars?
What if the Punisher's family hadnt been killed?


Just food for thought, I loved this series when I was younger.

I could see something like "What If...?" being a pretty good anthology series on TV. Something different every week. I think it would be better if they did it in animated form rather than live action. Maybe something like a "Marvel Comics Presents..." cartoon, but focusing on the "what if?' elements

I'd much rather see a Marvel's "What the?!" movie.

I only remember two. Flash Thompson was bitten by the spider, not Peter Parker, but he abused the power so Petey made a big mechanical spider and stoppped him. Another is where Peter reveals his identity to Jameson and the world to save MJ's liffe

They were interesting indeed. Would be a good cartton series, or even a live action one, would be kinda like The Twilight Zone, although it would be difficult live action.

Definetely not a movie though.

Now thats a cool idea.

But don't make them the comic book "what ifs" make sure they take what ifs from well known marvel cartoon shows like X-Men Evolution or Spider-Man or whatever

Sure, bring in a few others like the Hulk or whoever - but don;t get too comic fanboy specific or you'll alienate a large part of your possible audience
