Hey I was wondering if anybody knew the name of this movie. It was prob early-mid 80's and the only thing I remeber is the cover, it had like a mime or clown on a tricycle bike. I think it was rated NC-17. Im not sure it it was horror or not, I think it was.

Could this be Out Of The Dark ? if yes it is a really average slasher.

The UK cover art of OUT OF THE DARK had an evil clown face metamorphasizing with a woman's scared face. But yeah it's possible!
