I just have to say that when I saw this as the newest review I about wet my chair. I LOVE THIS MOVIE!!! Arrow has, as always, pinned its good points nicely.

What did everyone else think about this?

Although Arrow did a awsome review I personally didn't like the movie. I was expecting something more and in the end I was let down. I thought it was going to be a little more scarier and not so wierdish. 2/4. I love it when he does older movies though

Peace,
Matt

I'm siding with ICP. It's reasonably fun, but the horror-to-comedy ratio was lopsided. Most of the situational humor fell flat, and the warfare flashbacks didn't sit well with me. Richard Moll is badass, though. The malformed creature effects left an ineffaceable imprint on my psyche as a bloodthirsty brat. As a matter of fact, this was one of the first genre films that I ever witnessed. Let's just say that it aged with me.

Cool. He gave it (***1/2), which is slightly higher than I expected. I don't consider myself a big House fan, but I did find it entertaining as a goofy mix of comedy and horror. Certainly one of the more memorable genre films New World Pictures gave us in the eighties. I look foward to reading Arrow's reviews of the sequels, especially since he actually liked part 3 (The Horror Show).

I am just suprised he hasn't reviewed Dead Alive yet. But man wasn't his new The Fly review sweet! Anyways, back to House, which is a supreme champion in horror movies! Nice work, Arrow.
