Best David Lean Film

It's really hard between Bridge on the River Kwai, Doctor Zhivago, and Lawrence of Arabia. If I had to pick one I'd say Bridge on the River Kwai.

Bridge on the River Kwai and Lawrence of Arabia are two of my all-time favorite films. #'s 3 and 4 on my top 10 list.

I really want to see Great Expectations, but I don't know if I want to pay $40 to buy the Criterion DVD. I rarely do blind buys, and when I do it's only if the movie is cheap, which $40 is not. But they don't carry it at any rental place near me, so looks like it's that or just don't see it.
