Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday would be my favorite. Followed closely by Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood.

F13th 6 because it is the most entertaining and it is damn fun to watch although this chapter is more spoof - oriented to be honest.
I also like it for the characters: Tomy Jarvis ( Tom Mathews ), the sheriff, Megan ( Jennifer "V" Cook ) Kord,etc...
Good soundtrack,too.

It comes down to Freddy vs. Jason, Jason Lives, and Part 2 for me. The others are, at best, mediocre.

I like Freddy Vs Jason a lot, but it was more Freddy's film than Jason's, so I voted for Part 6. It's the first one I saw and it's still my favourite. It's got the best story, the best characters, the best soundtrack and the best line...

"It was real, just like on TV!!!":D

13th Part 2 is probably the best in my opinion. The bag over his head with the one eye hole was far creepier than the hockey mask.

6 for me, its not your typical slasher movie and its the begining of zombie Jason

I love number 3 the best and would kill to see it in 3D. I find it the most scariest and the most claustaphobic and Jason gets his hockey mask in this one also!! The best character in a F13 film is in this one (Shelley) and i didnt want him to die. He didnt even laid for gods sake!

Seriously, though -> Freddy Vs. Jason. As an Elm Street instalment, it was aight, but as an F13 flick, it was undoubtedly better than all the others (that I've seen anyway).
