Jungle Book 'best-loved animated film ever'
The Jungle Book has been voted the best-loved animated movie of all time.
The 1967 film beat recent movies like Toy Story, Finding Nemo, The Lion King and Shrek in a Blockbusters poll of 3,500 film fans.
The film, the last to be personally overseen by Walt Disney, featured family favourites like The Bare Necessities and I Wanna Be Like You.
The Bare Necessities, performed by Baloo the bear and Mowgli, was also voted best song from an animated movie.
Mickey Mouse was named best animated character of all time, followed by Woody from Toy Story and Donkey from Shrek.
Toy Story scored a double with Tom Hanks and Tim Allen being voted best and second best voice-overs, for Woody and Buzz Lightyear.
The Lion King was voted best soundtrack, ahead of The Jungle Book and The Little Mermaid.
