Most recently, Johnny Cash's "When the Man Comes Around" in Dawn of the Dead. I think that could be one of the greatest openings to a movie ever made.

I like the Offspring's cover of "I Wanna Be Sedated" on the end of Idle Hands

Suirtgun's "Social" in the begining of Mallrats and Weezer's "Suzanne" at the end.
