I think Samuel L. Jackson is a pretty good actor, not only a good black actor but a good actor. He was pretty good in:

- Pulp Fiction
- The Negociator
- Unbreakable

I also like Don Cheadle, he was pretty good in:

- Out of Sight
- Boogie Nights
- Traffic

He is the only reason why I wanna see "Swordish"

My top choice has got to be Eddie Murphy. I respect him because he is black but he doesn't act like a black sterotype. And he has been in some great movies like "Life" and "Trading Places". Although I never got the whole cop trilogy thing in the 80's he did.

Forrest Whitaker is the man! I haven't seen Ghost Dog yet, only because my putz family won't let me watch movies in peace unless the 2 Toms are in them (Hanks and Cruise). I think the eye thing only makes him that much more cool.

I agree that it shouldn't make a difference, but alot of good black actors don't get the props they should, especially come awards time, so let's just talk about how cool these dudes are for a while.
