Can anyone PLEASE shed some light on this issue for me.. im totally in the dark!

From what I have read he's being indicted on conspiring to distribute cocaine back in 2000.

They said something about him being a "middle man". Like someone else wanted some booger sugar, and he said he could take them to someone who sells it.

I mentioned this over in the NFL offseason topic, but what I want to know is why people continue to use cell phones when doing not so nice things like arraning the sell of "booger sugar" (thats a classic, never heard that one before) or going back to Rae Carruth killing off your unborn baby's momma. Just for that act of stupidity alone you need some sort of jail sentence.
