Jim Carrey vs Adam Sandler Who's Funnier??

The funniest of the two I'm not sure of right now. Which one cracks you up more?

Adam Sandler is just not funny, dare I mention Little Nicky or Big Daddy, enough said!.

Where as Jim Carrey makes movie like Dumb and Dumber and Me,Myself and Irene, which were amazingly funny films.

Carrey = Funny

Personally, Sandler has made a couple of very good movies ("The Wedding Singer," "The Waterboy," "Big Daddy"), but overall, Carrey is more gifted. No one else could've made "The Truman Show" work, "Man on the Moon" was brilliant, "The Mask" was pure comic anarchy, and if there was ever going to be a live-action "Grinch," Carrey was it.

Well since everyone says how bad of an actor Sandler is, and how good Carrey is, I'd say Sandler is funniest.

I mean, people say Sandler is funny.
People say Carrey is funny.
Sandler - Bad actor
Carrey - Good actor

Thereby, my decision is that Carrey just acts funny, and Sandler really is funny.

Carrey - 0

I loathe Adam Sandler with a passion, Carrey I do not enjoy as a comic actor. However Carrey is great in a dramatic role, and he was pretty good in Liar, Liar, so he certainly has the edge. Though even if he was Satan himself, whose idea of humor was to burn my genitals with acid to the tunes of Barbara Streisand, he would still be funnier than Sandler.

I agree with Quentin who stated that Carrey is better in dramatic roles. True, he should do more of those (Love THE TRUMAN SHOW).

I believe Jim Carrey is funnier, he is a better actor to. Sandler is the same in all of his movies, still a little boy I guess.
