I think it's bullshit. Looks like the suit is knitted, and there ain't no way that follows the descriptions of the suit.

A knitted suit wouldn't intimidate me, infact, I'd probably throw Batman a dime, mistaking him for a hobo.

It's been confirmed as a fake. Some fanboy did it on purpose of fooling Knowles at AICN, to prove that anything can make the headlines on that site...

I was puzzled by the knitted look myself, but I didn't know what was the context, so I bought it. What made me suspicious of this being "real" was the use of Courier font from beginning to end. Not something that a pro graphic designer would do. You can use it partially, but you can't build the entire typography of a poster just by using courier.

I actuslly like it, especialy considering many other posters and how they turnedout for recent movies.
Maybe WB will get a good idea from this, but as its a fake, i still say its kewl.
