Best Anime Vamp?

Many anime cartoons include Vamps these days. What's your favorite?

I haven't seen much but Shido from my favorite Anime "NightWalker" was one fucking ace vamp. He is the kind of vampire I like: classy, serious and downright cool. The other important vamp in NightWalker, Cain is also THE vamp. He is taken right out of an Anne Rice novel.

D and Carmilla from "Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust" are also pretty cool. Count Magnus Lee from the first D film was pretty sweet.

Incognito (though he was pretty meh as a chraacter) had wonderful powers!

True enough, I loved the whole, hide-the-wepons-in-my-own-flesh thing. Not to mention the fact that he also found a way to use Alucard's own wepon against him.

Vampire Hunter D! That guy is jes' a badass. Come on his hand has a mind of his own and talks! Not too mention helps him out, gives him advice and busts his balls. D kicks total ass!

(Seriously though, D was pretty cool, but he wasn't really at comfort with himself and that was a weakness that he had. He just needs to suck it up. Though Left Hand is a character that you can't help but dig.)

Anyway, I did enjoy both Blood and Vampire Hunter D. I guess I just got the most out of Hellsing.

Palidin Alexander Andersong(to Alucard): "You foul monster!"
