I hope there isn't a thread for this, I couldn't find one. It's to post to and discuss those songs you have in your head and they just won't go away.

Jamelia's Superstar and Britney's Toxic are both playing in my head right now, I like both pop songs and I usually hate songs like that.

What about you guys?

Currently I have The Beatles' While My Guitar Gently Weeps... stuck in my head.

I maintain that Hey Ya! by Outkast is the catchiest song ever. When I hear it, I sing it for like the three days. Rock DJ by Robbie Williams is also like that.

Ob-La-Di Ob-La-Da by the Beatles. A fun bit of nonsense.

The song stuck in my head at the moment is "When the Levee Breaks" by Led Zeppelin.

"Going down... going down now... going down.... "

Eamon's "I Don't Want You Back." I sing it all the time, and I can't get rid of it.

For some reason I've had Lodi by CCR stuck in my head for the last few days. Not a bad song, though. It doesn't really suck so bad unless a song you hate is stuck in there. Then you just want to stab yourself in the ear with a Q-Tip...

OUCH!!!

"be you angels?"

Thanks to that hilarious car commercial, I've had Sweet's Ballroon Blitz ricocheting around my head for a week. Actually, that's okay. It was my favorite song when I was @ 10 and it's got a whacked out charm to it, like most of their songs.

I've been having the same problem lately, although since I like the song, I don't mind too much. Unfortunately, the only lyric I can understand is the song title when used as part of the chorus, so I can't even sing along to it

That damn Quizno's song sung by those strange little puppets.

Mostly the line "They have a pepper bar!" replays over and over in my mind.

At prez I can't stop hearing Carribean Queen by Billy Ocean. Frightening stuff, because I seem to somehow link it to Miami Vice. I get visuals of Tubbs and Crockett dancing in white island pants with tangerine and turquoise tees. Weird.

I can't get the fucking amazing "The Great Gig In The Sky" by Pink Floyd out of my head. And that's a very hard song to sing. So I actually end up just going around screaming.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHA! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! AHHAH! AHHAH!"

Something like that.
