These figures look great! :D

Jason is looking reaallllllly ugly here (although he could be related to ol' Toxie, dontcha think ;) ) and Freddy's heads are very nicely sculpted.

I may have to get myself one or two of these beauties! :)

They should be coming out pretty soon at specialist comic stores and possibly some places like Spencers Gifts (I don't know, I don't live in the US, but from what I can gather they usually sell this kind of stuff).

Shoot me for this but I find the Jason Figure looks rushed and turned out awful! The Freddy Figure is fairly good though! Better then McF Toys? Not in my book!

Oh, forgot to mention this neat little touch.

In case you want to pose the figures seperately and not have them facing each other, the Jason figure has a magnetic hand and the Freddy heads (including the winking one) are metal... you see where I'm going with this?

He's not actually missing any fingers, his left hand's just been shot at a strange angle. His fingers are positioned to hold his machete in his left hand, which is why it looks so weird in that shot.

I suppose to give him removable fingers would make them really easy to lose.

Unless they gave him switchable hands. No one still has told me whether the figures can be removed from the bases. Can they?

Indeed they can. I read a review on a website that discussed how well they stood without their bases. It says that Jason stands perfectly without his base but Freddy has a bit of trouble standing. However, I'm sure that some blu-tack (or whatever Americans call that sticky blue reuseable adhesive) under his foot will do the job... it does with my Fly figure and that's the hardest thing ever to stand.

Ive been wanting these since they wewre first announced. I know why jason looks a little fake, the red upside down triangle is more boomerang like then what it should be...ahwel wat can ya do. Hopefulyl will get soon. As long as the price is right...
